Well the good news is you can. DASCOM GB Limited offer an extensive range of Warranty Upgrades to Mainland UK and Ireland.
Warranty Upgrades are available within 90 days of purchasing your printer(s). They provide fast response times, an extra year's coverage and include lifed items such as Printheads and Hammerbanks.
Warranty Upgrades give you the choice of ‘Onsite’ for Matrix and Line Products and ‘Hot Swap’ for low end Matrix and Thermal Products.
If your printer is not eligible for a Warranty Upgrade then you can purchase Maintenance from DASCOM. This is an annual or three yearly product that gives the same benefit as a Warranty Upgrade but without the inclusion of lifed items. However, should these need to be replaced they are offered at a discounted price.
Upon purchase of the above service products you will receive a contract and access to a freephone number that provides you with hotline support and call logging, ensuring that you get a fast, efficient response to your printer that is down in the field.
